Production time
Once payment is confirmed, we start production immediately. Our products are not held in stock — they are made to order.
We count delivery time from payment confirmation to parcel delivery. During this time we produce your product, pack it safely, hand it to the courier, and the courier delivers it to your address.
Estimated delivery time is always shown on the product page. Times are in business days — weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Shipping & security
We use trusted courier services — InPost and DPD. Every parcel is properly protected and insured during transport.
If you notice damage upon collection, ask the courier to draw up a damage report — this will significantly speed up any claims.
Free delivery on orders over €70. Shipping costs €5 for smaller orders and is shown before payment.
Returns & complaints
You have 14 days to return a product without giving a reason — in line with consumer rights.
To return a product, simply send back the unused item in its original packaging. Refunds are made via the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Exception: Products made to individual order — custom-size wall murals, room dividers with custom print — cannot be returned, in accordance with consumer law (non-prefabricated goods made to consumer specification).
Peak shopping periods
During sales or major promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer. We keep customers informed of any changes.
